Consulting and Coaching Services: For our consulting and coaching services, refunds are not available once the session has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to address your concerns.
If you are enrolled in a subscription service with recurring payments, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for future periods. Please note that we do not offer prorated refunds for any unused portion of the subscription.
We believe in fairness, and in certain exceptional circumstances, we may offer a refund at our discretion. Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase if you feel you qualify for a refund under exceptional circumstances. We evaluate each case individually to ensure the best possible outcome.
